Innocuous AI Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Innocuous AI Limited (“Innocuous AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website at innocuous.ai and any associated web application (the “Site”). It also explains your choices for managing cookies.

This Cookie Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Privacy Notice at innocuous.ai/privacy-policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Privacy Notice.

What are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device on subsequent visits and to remember information about you, such as your preferences or whether you are signed in. We use the term “cookies” in this Cookie Policy to include other similar technologies that perform comparable functions, such as:
- Web beacons (or “pixels”). Small graphic images embedded in web pages or emails that allow us to know whether content has been viewed or an email opened.
- Local storage and session storage. Browser-based storage that allows the Site to keep small amounts of data on your device.
- Software development kits (SDKs). Code we or our service providers integrate to collect device-level information.
- Server-side tracking. Conversion and analytics events sent server-to-server, which do not always set a cookie but perform similar functions.

Cookies can be classified along two dimensions:
- First-party vs. third-party. First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by another organization (for example, Google Analytics or LinkedIn) on our behalf.
- Session vs. persistent. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.

Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies to:
- authenticate you and keep you signed in;
- remember your settings, such as language or region;
- understand how visitors find and use the Site so we can improve it;
- measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns;
- detect and prevent fraud and security incidents;
- comply with our legal obligations and exercise legal rights.
We do not use cookies to engage in cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under U.S. state privacy laws, and we do not sell personal information.

Categories of Cookies We Use

We classify the cokies we use into the following categories:

Specific Cookies Used on the Site

The table below identifies the specific cookies and similar technologies we use, the providers, and their purposes and durations. We update this list periodically to reflect changes in our cookie use.

Cookie durations are illustrative and may vary slightly based on your browser, region, and the consent choices you have made.

Your Choices

Cookie Banner
When you first visit the Site (and again when our cookielist materially changes), we present a cookie banner that allows you to acceptor reject non-essential cookies, or to customize your choices by category. Strictly Necessary cookies are always on because the Site cannot function properly without them. You can change your choices at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” link in the Site footer.

Browser Controls
Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies. The mechanism varies by browser; common locations include:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security →Cookies and other site data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions→ Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security →Cookies and Site Data.
- Apple Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Mobile devices: Settings within Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android), or device-level Privacy settings.
Note that blocking all cookies, including Strictly Necessary cookies, will prevent parts of the Site from working.

Industry Opt-Out Tools
You can also use the following industry-provided tools to learn more about and opt out of certain advertising-related cookies:
- Digital Advertising Alliance (U.S.): optout.aboutads.info
- Network Advertising Initiative (U.S.): optout.networkadvertising.org
- Your Online Choices (EEA/UK): youronlinechoices.eu

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no consensus on how to interpret these signals, we do not currently respond to them. We do, however, recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of “sale”or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. As noted above, we do not engage in either; receiving a GPC signal nonetheless reinforces that status for your visit.

Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

Where required by the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive (as implemented in your member state), or the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, we will obtain your prior consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device. Strictly Necessary cookies are placed on the legal basis of legitimate interest (for security and authentication) or necessity for the performance of a contract.

You may withdraw consent at any time by re-opening the cookie banner from the Site footer or clearing cookies through your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried outbefore withdrawal.

Visitors in U.S. States with Comprehensive Privacy Laws

If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer-privacy law in effect, you may exercise the rights described in our Privacy Notice. Cookies that fall withinthe categories of “Marketing” or that we use for cross-context behavioral advertising would, where applicable, be subject to your opt-out rights. Asstated in Section 3, we do not currently engage in cross-context behavioral advertising and do not sell personal information.

Children

The Site is intended for business and commercial use only and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly use cookies or similar technologies to collect personal information from children.

Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Cookie Policy and, where the change is material, refresh our cookie banner so you can review the changes. We encourage you to revisit this Cookie Policy periodically.
