Estimate Comparison

What is an insurance estimate comparison tool?

An estimate comparison tool is software that compares two property insurance repair estimates side by side and automatically identifies discrepancies between them. Instead of manually flipping through PDF pages to hunt for matching line items, adjusters can instantly see differences intotals, by area, by trade category, and by individual line item.

Which estimate file formats does Enok support?

Enok works with PDF estimates created from Xactimate or Cotality/Symbilityand image or scanned PDF estimates. Because it handles multiple formats, adjusters can compare estimates from different platforms without manual reformatting or transposing data into spreadsheets.

How does Enok compare Xactimate and Symbility estimates?

Enok automatically matches areas and line items across the two estimates, even when rooms are labeled differently in each document. It then presents discrepancies in a clear side-by-side view, grouped by total, by area, by trade category, and line-item by area, with line item numbers and PDF page references for rapid validation.

Can Enok flag potential errors in an estimate?

Yes. Enok uses AI to identify and flag potential human errors and discrepancies that may require communication for clarification. This helps adjusters focus negotiations on the areas that matter most and reach alignment faster to shorten claims cycles.

Can I export an estimate comparison to a spreadsheet?

Yes. Enok lets you export estimate comparisons of the sameclaim to a spreadsheet for deeper analysis and data validation, eliminating error-prone manual transposition from PDFs.

Can Enok help me draft emails about an estimate comparison?

Yes. Enok generates draft email correspondence based on the estimate comparison analysis, so you do not have to write it from scratch. Simply copy, paste, and edit to suit your needs.

Does Enok integrate with claims management systems?

Enok works standalone, so there is no need to wait for anintegration with your claims management system or CRM to start seeing value. Optional integrations with claims core systems and data APIs, such as weather data, are available for enhanced claims operations workflows.
